The Catfish Willie Band is a high-energy Roots, Blues, and Southern Rock band led by guitar virtuoso Catfish Willie. They are known for their dynamic live performances and versatile musical style, blending Roots, Blues, Southern Rock, and original compositions. The band can perform as a full ensemble or as a duo, offering flexibility for different venues and events.
Band members include – Catfish Willie: The frontman, a gifted guitarist and singer, leads the band with a mix of soulful vocals and intricate guitar work. His voice has a distinctive “backwoods narrator” cadence, adding authenticity to the band’s sound. Sweet T: Provides New Orleans-style piano, funky organ, and both lead and harmony vocals, contributing to the band’s “old school” blues credibility. Mr. Ralph: Plays bass and adds a third vocal harmony, forming the backbone of the rhythm section. Joe Fox: The drummer, known for his energetic and entertaining performances, completes the lineup.
