The Soulard Blues and Roots Festival is an annual festival celebrating the music, art, and culture of the St. Louis region, with a particular emphasis on the Historic Soulard neighborhood, where the art and culture of the Blues continue to live & thrive.

Unless you purchase VIP Front row 1st-4th Row tickets a chair will be provided for the 4 front rows.
