DESCRIPTION:Founding Yes singer Jon Anderson and the Band Geeks–include bass player Richie Castellano\, drummer Andy Ascolese\, guitarists Andy Graziano and Rob Schmoll\, and keyboardists Christopher Clark and Robert Kipp–touring the US together playing a set of classic Yes songs.  Castellano recalled that the combination of talents is a unique recipe for success: “If you can take a band that can sound like that\, with Jon’s voice\, that’s what people want to hear.” \nJon Anderson is undoubtedly one of the most recognizable voices in progressive rock as the lead vocalist and creative force behind Yes. Anderson was the author and a major creative influence behind the series of epics produced by Yes and his role in creating such complex pieces as Close to the Edge\, Awaken\, and especially The Gates of Delirium was central to the band’s success. Joined by Todd Caldwell (keyboards)\, Adam Minkoff (bass\, drums\, guitar\, and vocals)\, and Zack Djanikian (guitar\, bass\, drums\, and vocals)\, Nash will take the audience on a musical journey that encompasses his years with The Hollies\, CSN\, CSNY\, and his beloved solo efforts. \nGraham Nash is a two-time Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee\, with Crosby\, Stills\, and Nash\, and with the Hollies. He was also inducted twice into the Songwriters’ Hall of Fame\, as a solo artist and with CSN\, and he is a GRAMMY Award winner. \nNash’s solo career debuted with Songs For Beginners (1971)\, which included “Chicago/We Can Change the World” and “Military Madness” and others. In addition to his string of solo albums\, he has performed and recorded with David Crosby as Crosby/Nash. Their eponymously titled Graham Nash/David Crosby (1972) is bookended by Nash’s “Southbound Train” and “Immigration Man”.
